Our purpose

Programs that help young students lead, learn, and thrive.

The foundation promotes and develops the leadership potential of minority students through grants, sponsored activities, mentoring, cultural enrichment, and educational counseling.

It also develops food drives and pantry support while organizing community events around issues affecting young students and the community as a whole.

TBOAF may carry out this work directly, through volunteers and programs it operates, or in coordination with aligned community organizations when doing so advances the foundation’s mission.
